Every server interaction initiated by Ajax ...John,

Every server interaction initiated by Ajax client library extends the life of session.

You can find more information about context fields at http://blog.codeontime.com/2008/10/context-sensitive-data-lookups.html.Customer Servicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04471166550881539854noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2297698770491701674.post-38011045457175897982010-06-13T01:45:07.051-07:002010-06-13T01:45:07.051-07:00Thanks a lot for your quick response. I think the page is not freshed because of Ajax. I don't have the issue with other my website.
Another problem is that the lookup value can't read the value in the previous filled in data, e.g. I filled the field Category as Beer, and then I want to look up the Beer Brands from the Beer Table, and I want to filter the display only Beers not other products. If I filled the Bread, then I want to view only Bread brands.John Lihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16921116192052867678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2297698770491701674.post-18459487691326045992010-06-11T20:18:04.299-07:002010-06-11T20:18:04.299-07:00Use data stored in Session object by accessing Con...Use data stored in Session object by accessing

Context.Session[“MyProperty”]

or make a request to the database and use

Context.Current.User.Identity.Name

to retrieve data specific to a current user.
